Fall 2025 (Freshman):

• Named to the President's List for the Fall 2025 semester
• Shot a 74 at the Delta College Invite
• Shot a 76 at the Kirtland CC Invite

Joey was a dual-sport athlete at Harper Creek High School, competing in golf and soccer. After a single season on the soccer pitch, he shifted his full attention to the golf course — a decision that yielded historic results. Joey played a vital role in leading the Beavers to their first two conference championships in program history. His individual accolades are equally impressive: he was twice named to the All-City Tournament team, qualified for the state finals three times, and secured a regional championship during his senior year. Joey credits much of his success to his clinical short game and his prowess for chipping around the greens.

Joey chose MCC as a strategic financial move that allowed him to continue competing at a high level. He values the effortless rapport he shares with the coaching staff and the genuine camaraderie and entertainment he finds among his teammates. Joey is currently studying emergency management.
